Do your chauffeurs collect payment in the vehicle?
Yes, only if it is cash, but a credit or debit card must be provided at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Our chauffeurs do not carry change. We prefer for our chauffeurs to focus only on driving, all payments and charges are handled in the office, by our office staff. During your booking, you may provide payment information to one of our reservation coordinators so that on your day of travel, everything will already be taken care of so that you can just relax and enjoy the ride.
What if I need to change something in my reservation?
If you have an account, any changes you would like to make can be made online using our online portal or via email or telephone. For all other customers, please feel free to email or give us a call at anytime also, so that we may facilitate any adjustments that you need to make.
Can I add another passenger to my reservation?
Absolutely. There is no restriction on how many passengers you wish to travel with. Just as long as the passenger count does not exceed the number of available safety belts, you may add passengers to fit any available seats at no extra charge. For the comfort and safety of all occupants, we do not allow more than 3 persons inside our sedans on any airport reservations as it is very likely that the baggage accompanied will not fit in the trunk and luggage is not allowed inside the vehicle cabin as it may cause harm to you or the chauffeur in the case of an emergency situation.
Can I receive a receipt from the chauffeur?
In most cases, receipts are provided via email to the booking email provided upon initial booking. Upon request, receipts can be sent to another address that you provide. Paper receipts, although infrequent, can also be requested via USPS or to have them provided in the vehicle upon several days advance request. Any costs incurred to facilitate this request will be added to the final cost of the reservation.
